On behalf of everyone at Elsevier we were deeply saddened to hear the news about Tony’s passing. Tony was an accomplished author and editor, publishing over 200 papers in peer-reviewed literature. I worked with Tony on recent editions of Middleton's Allergy and Clinical Immunology, and he was always a pleasure to work with.
